The website presents the restaurant, the menu, the opening hours and the contact details. No orders are placed, no payments are made and no accounts are created on the website.

The “order notes” in the menu only help you write down what to say on the phone. The list stays in your browser, is not sent to us and is not an order. The total shown there is an estimate and does not include delivery.

Prices are in lei and include VAT. Portion sizes are those of the dish as served.

We keep the menu up to date, but errors can occur and a dish may be unavailable at times. The price and availability are confirmed on the phone or in the restaurant before you order.

Photos are for guidance. A dish may look different from the picture.

Orders are placed by phone, on 0236 430 055, during opening hours. Before you confirm, we tell you the dishes ordered, the total price, the delivery cost, the delivery area, the estimated time and the payment methods.

The order is concluded when you confirm it on the phone. Please give us a correct address and a phone number where we can reach you.

Check the products when you receive them. If something is missing or is not what you ordered, call us straight away and we will sort it out.

Cooked food can deteriorate quickly and is prepared especially for you, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, under the exceptions in Article 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014.

You can cancel an order by calling us as soon as possible, as long as we have not started preparing it.

This does not affect your rights if the products do not conform to what you ordered.

Bookings are made by phone and are valid once we confirm them. If you can no longer come or will be late, please let us know so we can offer the table to other guests.

Our dishes may contain the following allergens, under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011:

• cereals containing gluten
• crustaceans
• eggs
• fish
• peanuts
• soybeans
• milk
• tree nuts
• celery
• mustard
• sesame seeds
• sulphur dioxide and sulphites
• lupin
• molluscs

If you have an allergy or an intolerance, tell us before you order, on 0236 430 055 or in the restaurant, and we will tell you what each dish contains. All dishes are cooked in the same kitchen, so we cannot rule out traces of allergens.

The sauces and spices on the shelf are sold only in the restaurant, not through the website. The information about each product is on its label.

The texts, photos, graphics and the Nihao name on this website may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.

The website is for information. We may change its content at any time and we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption.

Links to Facebook, Google Maps or other websites lead to services we do not control. The rules of each service apply to them.

If something is wrong, please tell us first, by phone on 0236 430 055, or in writing at the restaurant's address (Strada Brăilei 39, 800306 Galați).
